Q: Can the plant get damaged during delivery?
A: We pack plants very securely. However, if the plant arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we will replace it.
 

Q: Where can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. You can click on that link to see the location of your plant.
 

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the plant is dispatched, we do not accept cancellations.
 

Q: Where can I find plant care information?
A: We include a care guide card with every order. You can also visit the 'Plant Care' section on our website.
